Tickets and registration.

Registration is completed online. Your Women Creating Wealth Country Coordinator will provide payment instructions, and a place is secured only after payment has been received and verified.

Ticket Prices

The WCW Business Exchange 2026 ticket price applies to entrepreneurs and delegates. Tickets are charged per person and provide access to the two-day Business Exchange taking place from 12–13 November 2026 at The Canvas Riversands Conferencing, Johannesburg, South Africa.

For entrepreneurs and delegates based in Kenya, Malawi, Senegal, Tanzania and Zambia.

Register and Reserve Your Place

Travel, accommodation, airport transfers, visas, customs charges, product transportation and personal expenses are not included in the ticket price and remain the responsibility of each participant.

How Payment Works

  1. Select the country in which you are registering.
  2. Contact the Women Creating Wealth Country Coordinator listed for your country.
  3. Request and follow the payment instructions provided by the Country Coordinator.
  4. Complete the online registration form.
  5. Wait for confirmation that your payment has been received and your place has been secured.

The WCW Business Exchange website does not process payments. Payment arrangements and instructions will be provided directly by the relevant Women Creating Wealth Country Coordinator.

Please contact the respective Women Creating Wealth Country Coordinator, who will provide you with information on how to pay for your ticket in your country.

Please contact only the coordinator or coordinators listed for the country in which you are registering.

If you are from a country that is not included in the list below, please contact the South African coordinators.

Your registration is not confirmed when you submit the registration form. Your place at the WCW Business Exchange 2026 will be secured only once you have followed the payment instructions provided by your Country Coordinator and your payment has been confirmed.
